Shipping policy

We ship finished pieces from our workshop as soon as they pass final inspection.

Domestic

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Free shipping on orders at or above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout

International

International orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on customs. Duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once the parcel leaves the workshop. You can also find tracking on your order page after signing in.
