- Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Custom or monogrammed pieces are final sale unless defective
How to start a return
- Email support with your order number and reason
- We send a prepaid label when the return is approved
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
