Wipe, condition lightly, hang dry. That is most of what leather asks of you.
Leather fails from neglect more often than from hard use.
- Wipe dust with a soft dry cloth after a long week of carry.
- Once a month, work a pea-sized dab of conditioner into high-wear edges.
- Let it rest overnight away from radiators and direct sun.
Skip heavy polish. You want the hide to breathe and darken on its own schedule.
